One alert when the F1 drivers’ title is decided
Late in a close season every race weekend brings a flood of “what X needs to win the title” stories. They are not the news you are waiting for. This watch stays quiet through the permutations and alerts you once: the moment a driver can no longer be caught, whether that happens at the last race or with several to spare.
Your watch, ready to go“The Formula 1 drivers’ championship is mathematically decided for this season”
Free for 3 watches. No card. You can edit the sentence before it starts.
What sends an alert
- A driver clinches the drivers’ championship, mathematically
- The title is decided after a stewards’ decision or appeal changes the standings
What it stays quiet about
- Title permutations and “what they need” explainers
- Race results that leave the title open
- The constructors’ championship, unless you add it to the sentence
What an alert looks like
Champion crowned with two races to spare
A motorsport news site
With a 54-point lead and two races left, no other driver can mathematically overhaul the championship leader.
An illustration of the format, not a real story. Every real alert links to the article and says in one line why CueBot decided it matched.

Questions
Will it spoil race results for me?
It only alerts once, when the title is decided — but that alert does name the champion. If you watch races on delay, pause the watch on race weekends.
Can I watch the constructors’ title as well?
Yes. Add it to the sentence, or create a second watch for the constructors’ championship so the two alerts stay separate.
Does it work for other series?
Yes — change the sentence to MotoGP, IndyCar, Formula E or any championship that is reported in the news.
