Know when the visa appointment situation actually changes
Describe the consulate and visa type in a sentence. CueBot follows the embassy, the booking provider’s announcements and local news, and alerts you when new slots are announced or the rules change.

Why this is hard to keep up with
- Embassy pages and booking-provider notices change without warning, and checking them by hand every morning is a part-time job.
- Forums are full of rumours about “new slots on Monday” that never materialise, and the real announcement gets buried under them.
- Rule changes — a new document requirement, a fee change, a move to a different booking provider — matter as much as the slots themselves, and they are easy to miss.
What an alert looks like
Consulate announces additional appointment dates for national visas
The consulate’s announcements page
Additional appointments for national visa applications will be released on the booking portal from next week. Applicants are asked to book only one appointment per person.
An illustration of the format, not a real story. Every real alert links to the article and says in one line why CueBot decided it matched.

What CueBot does not do
CueBot does not log in to booking portals or grab a slot for you, and it cannot see appointment calendars that are only visible after signing in. It tells you when an opening or a rule change is announced publicly — on an embassy site, in a provider’s notice or in the news — so you know when to go and book.

Questions
Will CueBot book a visa appointment for me?
No. It watches public announcements and news, and tells you when new appointments are announced or the rules change. Booking stays with you, on the official portal.
Can it watch the embassy’s own website?
Yes, if the embassy publishes news or announcements on a public page. When you create the watch, CueBot proposes sources, and you can add the embassy’s news page or feed yourself by pasting its address.
How quickly will I hear about a new batch of slots?
Within an hour of it being published on a source the watch reads, on the Free plan — every 30 minutes on Starter and every 15 minutes on Pro. Slots that are announced and gone within minutes are better served by checking the portal at the announced release time.
Does it understand announcements in the local language?
Yes. A watch can read sources in the languages a topic is reported in — Turkish and German for a consulate in Istanbul, for example — and you can choose the language your alerts are written in.
